 They donīt make them like this anymore...!!! In this sick (in a positive way!) movie you will see Dr. Frankenstein (played by Udo Kier)laying on top of a dead girl with his dick inside her cut-open stomach trying to fuck her gall-bladder!! Well...you got the picture..huh?? This isnīt your ordinary Boris Karloff-Frankenstein movie. There is no monster to be seen either! Instead we see Joe Dallesandro as one of the "creations". The plot: Frankenstein is making the "perfect couple". A man and a woman that are made from chosen body-parts of people that are dead (read: killed). Well-builded, attractive and sexoriented. The doctors intension was clear - they should fall in love and create perfect childrens! Instead....well..see it for yourself! This film was shown in full 3D when it first was shown in the middle of 70īs. I was lucky to be one of those who could experience this crazy moment in film history. Blood...more blood...raping, surgery, mutilation, bursting intestines, neck-braking, necrophilia, decapituring, speared guts..etc. Imagine seeing a speared liver (or whatever it was) right in front of your eyes! Paul Morissey (director) has done a visuel masterpiece. Very nice scenery the whole film through. The acting is poor though ( apart from Udo Kier who overacts intentionally). Effects are mostly very well done (remember - this was 1975). I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to see something different from the usual Hollywood-made repertoir. Make sure you grab the uncut version though - there are a lot of different copies out there! You may read another review, submit your own, or return home. |
