 I must admit that I absolutely love this movie. It is so cheezy that I can't stop watching it. Officer Dave Speed acquires superpowers and there is no stoping him (well almost). There is plenty of cheezy action all the way up to the final dramatic ending where Dave saves the day with a stick of bubble gum. Enjoyable scenes include an outstanding performance by Ernest Borgnine and of course the bubble gum scene.
