Michael Jackson's Moonwalker

Rob

The former Mr. Priscilla Presley has to save us all from drug dealer Joe Pesci (but who will save us from MJ's ego?).

No, just Michael

I wish I could describe this film in a way which would allow me to keep my sanity, but there just isn't. This movie has Jacko's weirdness all over it. There's a claymation dance sequence with a rabbit, there's the scene where he turns into a robot, there's the part he makes fun of how the tabloids treat him. It's all here, and it's all really bizarre. Moonwalker is a movie, a music video, a despe cry for help, and a blatant commercial for how much he is adored by children all rolled into one. Now I have nothing against Michael. I loved Thriller and Billie Jean, and I have to say that the Smooth Criminal video in this movie is pretty cool, but man is the rest a stinking pile of emu doo-doo. It's basically just an ego trip for him where he gets to be an alien, a robot, a superhero, and a messiah for children at the same time. I can't even try to be funny describing this, it's just too bad. If you've caught any minute of this any of the thousand times it's been on MTV or VH1, you know what I'm talking about, but if you haven't, it's just something that you need to experience (but shouldn't). If you need a crappy movie/music video, go see Pink Floyd's The Wall- wait a minute, forget that. Don't see either and just bang your head on a cement wall to get the same effect from watching either.

Michael's hair (I don't know how he does it short of very expensive special effects); the kids (I think John Lennon's son, Sean, is one of them); Joe Pesci's backwards ponytail (it goes up instead of down so you can tell he's evil); the Leave Me Alone video with the doggie reporters; the Smooth Criminal gangster scene; the claymation rabbit scene which looks worse than those California Raisin commercials; the hordes of evil Nazi supermen soldiers; the climactic Michael turns into a giant robot and then a spaceship which returns him back to his home planet (we all knew the truth)
